It all comes down to executing your event perfectly. We believe that our clients deserve to enjoy their events – without the burden of stress, risk and worry about logistical and technical details.

In most cases, Vision Collective has been involved in your event from the start. We know every aspect of your program intimately, along with all technical and human resource requirements. When it comes time to execute, we’re best positioned to ensure that all of the right people are in place, with contingency plans in order for safety.

Venue Preparations and On-Site Setup

The great thing about true end-to-end event production is that our Vision Collective team is on-site and fully prepared to set everything up according to our event blueprints. We’ll have experts on site to assemble all systems, test everything and ensure smooth operation:

Venue is prepared in advance to make best use of setup team time
Signage, seating, and public facing elements secured
Lighting fixtures and systems
Audio/Visual systems configured and rigorously tested

Staging and rigging assembled according to event blueprint specifications
All safety and code regulations adhered to
All technical requirements, cabling, power and electric systems
Livestreaming and recording elements

For larger events, or those with special requirements, Vision Collective coordinates any additional staffing as required.

Execution: Producing your Event

By the time your event day arrives, everything is done. All systems are set up. All staff is assigned. All content is in order and everything has been checked and rechecked…but that doesn’t mean we’re sitting on our hands.

Rest assured knowing that your Vision Collective team is on-site, with experts overseeing every moment of your entire event. It’s our mission to create the most memorable experiences possible for you and your audience.

As we monitor performance, we’re able to fine tune outcomes and handle any elements we may not have foreseen. On-site teams mitigate risk by understanding procedures on backup and contingency plans in case of the unexpected. In most cases, any hitches in the execution go completely unknown to anyone in the audience.
