It’s important to note that Vision Collective is unique in the event production world – we have over $6 million in event production inventory available for our clients. This means that far less (if any) equipment needs to be rented or contracted out.
We maintain state-of-the-art staging, audio and video equipment right in our Phoenix warehouse – ready to deploy nationwide. CAD rendered event blueprints are the culmination of all content creation and systems engineering activities to this point. These details special and graphic drawings clarify every element of your event in intricate detail for on-site staff. They serve to ensure that your event happens as planned, without compromise.
Event blueprints are comprehensive 3D CAD drawings that include venue layouts, technical systems and specifications, equipment rosters, human resource requirements, venue requirements, preparation outlines, required timelines and 3rdparty/vendor detailed instructions.
