Former Partner & COO
Rooster dedicated 17 years to the AV industry, rising from truck driver to warehouse tech to project manager before becoming a partner at Vision Collective. His background in audio engineering and gift for building relationships made him a beloved leader known for putting people first. Outside of work, he spent his time on lakes, playing guitar, off-roading, and working on old 4x4s—leaving behind a lasting mark on the team and community he cared so deeply about.
