Project Manager
Born and raised in Yuma, Arizona, Aldo Garcia began his AV career in 2014 at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences. He joined AV Concepts in 2015, growing from warehouse operations into audio and sub‑rental roles. After time at Broadcast Rentals and navigating the industry shutdown during COVID, Aldo returned to AV work and later became Operations Manager at the Phoenix Convention Center. Now at Vision Collective, he contributes as a Project Coordinator known for his dependability, calm approach under pressure, and collaborative spirit. Outside work, he enjoys friends, family, great food and drinks, and getting outdoors to shoot, off‑road, and hike.
