Brit grew up on a South Texas ranch obsessed with anything film and music had to offer a small-town kid. She eventually landed a volunteer spot rolling cable at the local TV station before breaking into music venues, radio, and large-scale production environments. She’s since held strategic revenue roles at Evolve Technology and SoCal Rentals, becoming known for taking companies from scrappy to scalable through disciplined revenue strategy and brand alignment. Her people first, low-ego leadership style and no-assholes policy have shaped lasting revenue, brand recognition and organizational growth long after she moves on to the next venture. When she’s not architecting growth, Brit is reading, traveling for foodie and coffee adventures, and producing short film projects.
