With over 30 years behind the wheel and more than 2 million miles driven, Roy mastered logistics, transportation, and fleet management long before joining Vision Collective as one of its earliest employees. He ensured equipment, drivers, and carriers moved efficiently and safely, treating every successful truck load as a job well done. Outside of work, he loved fly fishing, quail hunting, riding his Harley, supporting Arizona sports, and giving back to the community—often playing Santa for local charities.
